Getting Started:

When you book your first service, an account is automatically created for you. Simply create your first booking, set your password, and you’re ready to go!

We pride ourselves in being a local, Knox & Sevier-county based business. If you live in either of these Tennessee locations, you’re good to go!

Standard cleanings consist of the sort of things you’d expect to have to do to get your home or apartment company-ready. We’ll clean & vacuum the floors, scrub the bathroom, wipe down & tidy up your kitchen, dust the living room, etc.

Pricing is based on the number of bedrooms & bathrooms in your home. Simply select your configuration in the booking process to find out what it’ll cost!

Yep! All of our cleaners come equipped with a set of their own supplies. If you have any special requests, let us know and we’ll try our very best to accommodate!

You sure can. We offer extras right on our booking form, or you can log into your account to leave us a comment.

Account Info:

Creating an account is a fast and easy process. In fact, it happens just by booking an appointment! Having an account with us ensures that your next booking is even easier than the first.

To log into your account, click “Log In” in either the top or bottom menus. Enter your username and password, and you’re all set!

You can submit a password change request on our login page!

I get it. We all have way too many passwords today and sometimes, we forget them. To reset your password, simply click “Forgot your password?” at the bottom of the login form.

Simply set your new address on your next booking and we’ll show up to the right place. Otherwise, you can call us and we’ll update it for you.

Log into your account and update the card on file. This new card will automatically be set as your default for future bookings.

Pricing & Policies

Log into your account and get your referral ID. Share this with your friends, and when they use the ID, they’ll get a $20 discount and you’ll receive $20 off on a future booking. Everyone wins!

Some discount codes are for new customers only, while some are for recurring customers. There could be a number of reasons why your code isn’t going through, but if you contact us, we can get you straightened out.

We try our very best to arrive to your appointment at the time specified, but we have to account for unpredictable factors like traffic, parking, construction, etc. 

To keep everything safe and secure, we currently do not accept cash payments. 

Absolutely! Here at Smoky Mountain Clean, we’re excited about what the future holds for the cryptocurrency industry. We currently accept Bitcoin, Ripple, Stellar, Ethereum, and Substratum.

Trust & Security

All of our cleaners are personally interviewed and must pass a nationwide background check. Any ambiguity results in a non-hire. 

If something bad happens during your cleaning, we want to know right away so we can make it right. Let us know and we’ll be there to sort it out. That’s our promise.

Absolutely. All of your payment information is handled through Stripe, one of the most trusted names in payment processing.

If you don’t feel content with the work of your cleaning professional, let us know and we’ll be back out to fix things (within a week window). If you still aren’t pleased, we’ll refund your money 100%.

If any part of your cleaning doesn’t meet your expectations, let us know and we’ll be back out to set things right. If you still aren’t pleased with the result, contact us and we’ll issue you a refund.
